Oppo, the Chinese smartphone maker has unveiled its new budget smartphone under the A-series, the Oppo A37. Priced at CNY 1299 in China, the handset is already available to purchase in the country. The company has not yet revealed the smartphones availability and price details for India.
The dual-SIM supporting Oppo A37 runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box with ColorOS 3.0 skin. It features a 5-inch HD IPS display with 720×1280 pixels resolution. Under-the-hood it is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor clubbed with 2GB of RAM.
The smartphone features a 16GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 128GB). On the camera front the Oppo A37 houses an 8MP rear camera with LED flash, along with a 5MP front-facing camera. The camera can also shoot videos in full-HD resolution. Also, the handset’s Ultra HD mode lets users even capture 24MP images from the rear camera.[source:TOI]
