1-Setup handyfile program or LCG XPLORE on the phone locked
2-Open C:/System there You will find file is named mmcstore copy it to another folder and Send it this filo to ur Pc.
3-Rename it mmcstore.txt you will find the password There. Also you can open this file to lcg xplore and note ur password. enjoy
