Nepal Telecom recently launched 4G service in Nepal.4G service in Nepal is being provided by the government owned telecom operator: Nepal Telecom. The users are from Kathmandu and Pokhara, as it is only available in these two cities as of now.
NT launched 4G LTE to postpaid customers during the start of 2017. NT prepaid customers had been waiting for over a month now, but thanks to NT, the company has launched 4G services for Prepaid customers too. On top of that, NT has also introduced 4G Data Offer for 4 Days. The company will be providing 400MB free data with 100MB per day for 4 days to the prepaid customers. This offer is completely free and will be valid from 22 Magh to 7 Falgun. To activate 4G LTE, dial *444# on your dial-pad.
GSM Data Offer
On the 13th Anniversary occasion, NT is providing Data Package Offer to the GSM users. The Data Package offer includes cheap surfing with bonus as well. NT is providing 200 MB and 500 MB at a rate of Rs 120 and Rs 300 respectively. In addition, subscriber also get same amount of volume data as a bonus. The validity of the data packages will be 7 days for 200MB and 15 days for 500 MB. The offer will be effective from 22 Magh to 7 Falgun. To activate this offer, type NT200MB or NT500MB and send to 1415.
Night Data Packages and Facebook Offer
Apart from the above listed data offers, NT is also providing other offers on data packages. The company has brought Facebook offer in which user can get 100MB at just Rs 20 to surf on Facebook. Similarly, NT has GSM Night Data Offer with 500M and 1200MB volume at Rs 40 and Rs 85 respectively. The validity for each offer is 7 days and 15 days respectively. The surfing time for the Night Data Offer is 10PM to 6AM.

Nepal Telecom has recently announced a Call Wait/ Call Hold/ Call Forwarding services for its GSM users. Call waiting services can be activated by dialing *43# and deactivate dialing #43#. Call waiting service is FREE for Nepal Telecom’s GSM users.
